I love this illustration by Helen Dardik which you can buy from her Etsy shop. On her blog she says "I'm trying to get back into shape I've never been in:) ....so I made this print to encourage me... and maybe you too! Of course... I could have spent that time exercising - but making prints is a lot 'funner':)"
